Preventative
Maintenance
We feel the greatest value we offer our customers is preventive
maintenance. Preventive maintenance is more than a filter change.
It is the art of noticing small problems and fixing them before
they manifest into major concerns. Most structural or mechanical
breakdowns are usually preceded by a long period of deterioration,
which is often neglected because it is not obvious to the untrained
eye. It takes years of service experience to know what is important
to the various types of equipment we maintain. We use experienced
service technicians to perform our maintenance inspections so our
customers receive the value they expect.
Experience has shown us that unmaintained
equipment is more costly to operate and service. Also poorly maintained
equipment will fail prematurely. The thought process behind our
maintenance programs is to keep the equipment running efficiently
and to get the maximum life it can deliver.
One misconception concerning preventive maintenance
is that it is an unjustified cost. This logic dictates that it costs
more for regularly scheduled maintenance than it would normally
cost to operate equipment until repair is absolutely necessary.
Your mechanical equipment has a life expectancy that will be shortened
if it is not maintained. Often a relatively inexpensive repair,
left unchecked, may later lead to an expensive service issue. Through
proper maintenance, EPi will help to keep your equipment operating
properly, so you can minimize the damages that occur through regular
use.
In addition to avoiding unexpected repairs,
Preventive Maintenance will lower energy costs. Government studies
have shown a dirty condenser coil will cause an air conditioning
system to use 35% more energy and shorten the unit's productive
life. This becomes significant when you consider mechanical systems
often account for between 40% and 70% of a commercial building's
energy bill. The practices employed during our maintenance inspections
insure your equipment is operating cleanly and efficiently.
Long-term benefits of preventive maintenance include: improved system
reliability, extended equipment life, decreased system downtime
and lower energy costs. A Preventative Maintenance program can pay
for itself, if not save you money, over the life of your equipment.
Environmental Partners offers the following
types of maintenance agreements
Preventative Maintenance
Labor Service
Full Service
Each Preventative Maintenance Program is
tailored to enhance your equipments' reliability and efficiency,
based on the budget and operating needs of your facility.
We feel an important component of all services we provide is to
keep the customer informed. We can provide a detailed service report
from our maintenance inspections. We prioritize any repairs or other
issues we may find based on the long-term cost and affect it will
have on your system, not the immediate sales benefit to our bottom
line. We want our customers to make informed decisions so they can
effectively manage their businesses.
Too often we see customers that are unable
to end a preventive maintenance contract when their equipment is
not being serviced properly or the needs of their business change.
Often the customer is not allowed to have another contractor on
their premises under the terms of the contract. They are in effect
held hostage. EPi's agreements allow our customers flexibility to
make these decisions when they need to be made, not at the end of
a contract. Our preventive maintenance agreements allow for termination;
"without penalty for any reason, by either party,
by supplying 30 days written notice."
We provide discounted labor and parts for our maintenance customers.
By placing emphasis on customer satisfaction, technical abilities
and quality of work, Environmental Partners inc will earn your business
on every maintenance inspection and service call.
